Radon Maps
WHERE IS RADON?
Radon is everywhere! Even outside the average is 0.4 pCi/l. The average US home is 1.3 pCi/l. The EPA guideline is any level 4.0 pCi/l or higher must be mitigated and consider mitigation if between 2.0 and 3.9 pCi/l. There is no safe level of radon but the lower the better. With so many people working from home, children playing in the lower levels of the home, why chance it. Test and mitigate as needed. Reduce the risks associated with radon. These maps are a general guideline.
